Welcome to Noble Jewelers Aruba!

1. All inquiries should be directed within 30 days in writing to Noble Jewelers at the address on the sales invoice. Please do not return any merchandise without first requesting authorization. Please note that without prior authorization, we will not be able to accept any return whatsoever.
2. In case of any discrepancy with the merchandise, please procure two independent appraisals from GIO-certified appraisers, NOT in the business of selling jewelry.
3. We guarantee that the evaluations you receive on the merchandise will be more than the purchase price. Since the color and clarity of diamonds vary from appraisal to appraisal, we guarantee the valuation only, which is determined by the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, not just color & clarity.
4. Please send Noble Jewelers both appraisals within 30 days from the date of purchase.
5. Noble Jewelers has the option to refund the money or refund the difference between the purchase price & appraisal.
   1. The Original sales invoice accompanies the returned merchandise.
   2. The merchandise shows no user wear and is not damaged in any manner.
   3. No Refunds will be made for watches as they are covered by an international warranty which will honor.
   4. Any imperfections or blemishes in the merchandise reported within 30 days to Noble Jewelers will be repaired and rectified by us at no extra cost.
   5. We will not be responsible for any customs duty and/or post office taxes.
6. Please note that we do not refund money for “Buyers Regret.”
7. All sales final. Absolutely no Cash Refunds; only inshore credit may be given in certain cases.
